We all like a prawn cocktail
ingredients for the sauce
cup of home-made mayonnaise
1 level teasp tomato purée (don't over do it)
2 teasp brandy (don't over do it)
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash Tabasco
salt and pepper
squeeze lemon juice
plus a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.

Mmm I love prawn cocktail :) Nice picture too Gill. Good idea to use king prawns rather than the smaller ones.
